Our guests represent the Sunshine Coast Resource Centre.
The Resource Centre has been one of the Sunshine Coast’s key social service providers since 1992. Originally a Women’s Resource Centre, in 2004, their mandate changed to include all Lower Coast residents. Now they offer programs and services for all members of the community.
Their programs include Community Legal Advocacy, Information Hub, Community Volunteer Income Tax Program, Caregiver Support Network, Legal Aid & Legal Information and the Seniors Planning Table.
The presenter will be Angie Thielmann, the staff member responsible for Legal Aid, Information & Referral. She also writes “Ask Angie” a column that is in the Coast Reporter every other week.
